Mr. Hamptons, or as the students ususally call him, officially began martial arts training in 176, and currently has 46 years of experience in the field.
Since the Spring of 1976, he has been teaching classes in both West Hampton and Hampton Bays locations.
During his training, Mr. Hamptons learned a wide variety of self-defense techinques, include pressure points, joint manupulation, and body mechanics. His self-defence tactics draw concepts from traditional Taekwondo,
His training also includes knowledge of many martial arts weapons, such as short sticks, among others.
